Everyday I deal with a number of people and from time to time some stand out-this is why I am writing you.  I recently came back to Holiday Systems International. We left to follow our friends to Interval World and we don’t have enough time to list all of the reasons for our return.

While booking one of our trips for this year I’ve been working with Eddie and he has been great. Not only has he been friendly but personable, knowledgeable and down right great to deal with.  I thought we would be spending Christmas in some snow filled winter hell but he worked to get us some sand and sun on Christmas week. 


Even though this is his job at Holiday Systems International, I just want you to know he does it very well. I will make sure he is the first one I go to when I call-I think that’s for the next 25 years. I also know that employees like this have to have good managers and you too sir should be commended. Thanks again!

We booked a burn week online for [Torres Mazatlan]… After I booked it, I spoke with 2 Holiday Systems International Customer Service Representatives and they both were very professional, courteous, thoughtful and even excited for us. As I was concerned about receiving the information in time (we booked about 6 days before the departure date) they both assured the info would be emailed to expedite the process. As this was our first time actually using the Holiday Systems International program (not including our free enrollment week) we weren't really sure how it all worked, but after talking to the CSR's we were very calm and certain everything would work out fine. We got exactly what we booked through Holiday Systems International when we arrived in Mazatlán, no problems and the resort was just as nice as it looked on the pictures. Being that for the last 10 years I have been in customer care management with several national call centers I can honestly say that Holiday Systems International's customer service is exceptional (and I don't give out compliments like that very often-so it means something when I do)
